From the quiet anticipation before their first look at the Berkeley City Club, to their vows spoken under a canopy of redwoods at UC Botanical Garden, Ying and Yun’s day felt like something out of a dream. The way Yun turned to see her—completely undone, eyes brimming—said everything. And Ying, graceful and radiant in her silk gown, held him with a softness that stilled the room.
There was beauty in the architecture, the forest light, the music echoing through the trees. But it was the in-between moments that lingered: the laughter they couldn’t hold back, the way he reached for her hand without thinking, the way she looked at him like she already knew forever.
Photographing Ying and Yun’s wedding was witnessing a love that felt easy, steady, and true.
