Before arriving in Seattle, everyone talks about the rain, and I braced myself for gray skies. Instead, the day surprised us with perfect light and an easy, comfortable warmth.

Echo and Richard’s wedding felt like pure joy from start to finish. Echo is effortlessly outgoing, the kind of person whose energy shows up instantly in her smile. As the day unfolded, that energy carried everyone with her. By the after-party, it was clear no one was holding back. The room was loud, loose, and completely alive.

What I loved most was watching how much time Echo and Richard spent surrounded by family. Capturing those moments, the closeness, the laughter, the way people naturally gravitated toward each other, felt genuinely special. With a big group of bridesmaids and groomsmen, plus Echo’s sister right at the center of it all, the day had a constant hum of chatter and movement. It was playful, a little chaotic, and full of warmth. Exactly the kind of celebration that stays with you.
